   I just wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for the opportunity to work with you on the
Poplar Ridge Home you have built. It was a pleasure to work with someone who appreciates
good planning. Builders like you are few, and unfortunately, far between.

   This home is a great example of a collaboration between two professionals that resulted in a
quality product for the potential buyer. Rest assured this house is not your average spec -house.
It's nice to see builders take pride in their work, get good sub-contractors, and take the time
needed to produce a quality product. There should be more builders that have your work ethic.
